Common Questions
I lost my progress
Make sure you’re signed in with the same account you originally used. If you were playing as a guest, progress is device-local and may not carry over.
A purchase didn’t go through
Try Restore Purchases from the game’s settings screen. If that doesn’t help, email us your order ID (from your App Store or Google Play receipt).
I’m seeing too many ads
All our games include an ad-removal in-app purchase. Look for “Remove Ads” in the store screen.
Report a Bug
Email support@extremeapps.site with steps to reproduce. We read every message.
